A guiding device of an oxygen pipe for opening a tundish nozzle is provided to perform opening of the nozzle promptly and accurately using the oxygen pipe and prevent damage of the oxygen pipe by suppressing contact of molten steel with the oxygen pipe. A guiding device of an oxygen pipe for opening a tundish nozzle comprises: a refractory pipe(10) which is formed of a refractory material durable to molten steel of a high temperature and has a long length to connect an upper outer portion of a tundish and the nozzle, and of which an inner part is longitudinally penetrated so that the oxygen pipe is movable through the refractory pipe; a cap(20) which is inserted into a front end of the refractory pipe and formed of a steel material so that the cap can bear the high temperature in a condition that the cap is contacted with molten steel of a high temperature; and a refractory pipe supporting part for supporting the refractory pipe to position the refractory pipe in a direct upper part of the tundish nozzle.
