PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flexible urethane foam in which molding defect can be suppressed and further, lowering of compression recovery property can be suppressed when a flexible urethane foam is formed even when increasing the amount of non-halogen-based flame retardant added. SOLUTION: In the method for producing a flexible urethane foam by reacting a polyol component with a polyisocyanate component, a foam stabilizer and a foaming agent in the presence of a non-halogen-based flame retardant, the polyol component comprises a polyfunctional polyether polyol obtained by adding ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to an organic compound having at least three active hydrogen and at least an aminoplast-based flame-retardant polymer graft polyol, and the non-halogen-based flame retardant contains at least an organophosphate-based flame retardant and a metal hydroxide.
