PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in sealability when a disc spring part is deformed by delivery pressure of fluid, in a fluid pump using a seal member having the disc spring part. SOLUTION: In the seal member 70 for preventing leakage of the fluid by integrally rotating with a shaft 30, the delivery pressure of the fluid acts on an outer peripheral surface 721 of the disc spring part 72 formed in a disc spring shape out of an elastic material. While, the delivery pressure of the fluid acts on a diaphragm 40, and the diaphragm 40 is deformed by receiving its pressure, and pressurizes grease or oil in in a space 24, and makes pressure act on an inner peripheral surface 722 of the disc spring part 72 via the grease or the oil. Since pressure acting on the outer peripheral surface 721 of the disc spring part 72 is canceled by the pressure acting on the inner peripheral surface of the disc spring part 72, deformation of the disc spring part 72 is prevented.
