PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide furring strips for rhomic wire netting capable of reducing the production cost by adopting horizontal knuckling work instead of costly curling work during a work process for end portions of the rhombic wire netting and which are hardly detachable from the furring strips even when the rhombic wire netting is made by the horizontal knuckling work, and to provide rhombic wire netting fence using the furring strips. SOLUTION: The furring strips attached to the end portions 1A made by the horizontal knuckling work for the rhombic wire netting 1 comprise spiral wires 2 fitted to the end portions 1A and pipes 3 as the furring strip body into which the spiral wires 2 are inserted.
