PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the nonuniformity of a film thickness, a film width, etc., in the case when two or more films in the same shape are printed in one printing process. SOLUTION: In this screen printing method, first, paste P is put on a plate wherein two or more plate opening parts 21a-21d in the same shape are formed, by moving a scraper SC in one direction on the plate (coating process). Then, the paste P put on the plate is printed on a substrate H by moving a squeegee SQ on the plate in the direction opposite to the above direction (printing process). Herein a pattern of a change in the moving speed of the scraper in the coating process is set in accordance with "the rate of the thickness of the film printed before the start of the coating process at a position in the substrate H corresponding to the plate opening part, to the thickness of the plate opening part 21a etc.".
