PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation slide seat device in which the state that a seat is restricted to a vehicle body can be formed. SOLUTION: A swivel upper is turnably supported on a swivel lower supported on a fixed rail and a leg upper 31 is slidably supported on a lifting drive carriage of the swivel upper through an arm. A hook 94 is provided on the leg upper 31 and the seat S on the leg upper 31 can be restricted to a floor 11 at engagement of an anchor 74. A free end of the hung down hook 94 is upwardly urged by a coil spring 112 and the hook 94 is arranged in a high position area 124 higher than an lower edge of the swivel upper. An abutment pin 131 is provided on the arm supported on the swivel upper and is abutted on a rear edge 132 of the hook 94 at retreating of the swivel upper to turn the hook 94 and the hook 94 is engaged with the anchor 74 of the swivel lower.
