PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration absorbing device for facilitation of access to a member detecting an error signal. SOLUTION: The vibration absorbing device comprises: a case 106 attached to one of a vibrating body E and a vibration receiving body F; a bellows 108 whose one end is attached to the case 106 and other end is attached to the other of the vibrating body E and the vibration receiving body F, and whose inside communicates with the case 106; fluid filled in the case 106 and the bellows 108; a plunger 140 disposed to a connecting face 102 of the case 106 where the case 106 is connected with the bellows 108, so that the plunger 140 can move in approximately the same direction as an extending direction of the bellows 108; an actuator 141 for moving the plunger 140; a first detection means 114 detecting vibrations of the vibrating body E; a second detection means 2 detecting pressure of the fluid in the bellows 108; and a control device 3 controlling the actuator 141 based on detection values of the first detection means 114 and the second detection means 2.
