PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film transfer implement which has a transfer head capable of rotating correspondingly with the gradient of a case and less tape twist than found with a conventional implement despite the head gradient remains unchanged and also, a coating film transfer implement with a damage-free transfer head by regulating the bending of the head. SOLUTION: This coating film transfer implement has the transfer head 11 comprising a head press-contact part 12, a shaft part 24 and a fixing part 28 for mounting. In addition, the transfer head 11 is fixed to the case 2 using the fixing part 28. The shaft part 24 is elastic and regulating members 46 and 47 which regulate the vertical movement of the shaft part 24 are installed at the upper/lower spots of the shaft part 24 halfway in the longitudinal direction. When the case 2 tilts, the shaft part 24 twists to allow rotating of the head press-contact part 12. The head press-contact part 12 rotates making a contact position between the shaft part 24 and the regulating member 46 as a fulcrum. Consequently, the rotary angle is small, resulting in the diminishing of tape twist, despite the movement remaining unchanged. Further, a groove 18 is formed in the outer surface of a tape guide part of the head press-contact part 12, and a projecting strip 56 of the frame part of a window hole 2a in the case 2 is fitted in the groove, leaving a slight crosswise gap. In case the shaft part 24 is about to bend, the side of the groove 18 is brought into contact with the side of the projecting strip 56 and thus the shaft part 24 can be prevented from bending.
