<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit that is smoothly shaked out to the outside of a cabinet by making it easy to wire cables that connect the unit to the cabinet, in a unit on which electrical parts are mounted and that is made freely visible or invisible in the cabinet. <P>SOLUTION: A base plate casing 9, on which a switch 12 or the like are mounted, is supported pivotally on a vertical member 3 of a water heater cabinet 1 via hinges 10. A bottom plate 13 is provided at the lower end of the base plate casing 9, and passing holes 15, through which cables 16, 17 of the switch 12 or the like are passed, are provided in the bottom plate 13.
