PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data communication equipment capable of creating a world of a new type communication.

SOLUTION: An acquisition means 14 in a mobile terminal acquires information associated with a motion of an optional apparatus. A motion discrimination means 21 discriminates the motion of the optional apparatus on the basis of the information associated with the motion of the optional apparatus acquired by the acquisition means. A communication judgement means 22 judges whether or not the mobile terminal makes communication with the optional apparatus on the basis of a motion discrimination output from the motion judgement means. When the communication judgement means 22 judges that the mobile terminal makes communication with the optional apparatus, the mobile terminal starts prescribed data communication with the optional apparatus.
