PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive device by reducing the number of components and facilitating alignment fixing operation. SOLUTION: The optical fiber reflection module includes a two-core fiber ferrule 11 fitted into a cylindrical sleeve 20 and a concave mirror 21, typically an ellipsoidal mirror, which has two focal points each positioned in two optical fibers 2, 5 in the end face of the two-core fiber ferrule 11 and which is fitted into the sleeve 20. The concave mirror 21 has a base body composed of a molded member with at least one resin or glass concave and has a reflection film 22 stuck to the concave of this base body.
