<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness exit structure of an engine for surely shielding a wire harness at a harness exit in the engine. <P>SOLUTION: The wire harness 31 is held between a shield cover 3 and an engine body 2 through a metal grommet 32. A groove 32d is circumferentially formed between flanges 32b, 32c of the metal grommet 32, and has the same width as a thickness of the shield cover 3. A harness overall 33 is inserted at the other end of the grommet clamp 32, and shields the wire harness 31. The harness overall 33 is a shield armor formed by braided metal fibers, fitted to the outside of the other end of the metal grommet 32 until the harness overall 33 abuts on the flange 32b, and fastened by a coupling ring 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
