PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle cover for a bicycle freely detachable and easy to store by one hand. SOLUTION: The saddle cover 2 has a forefront U-shape part fitted with a U-shaped resilient piece 3, in which one end of a rotary arm 5 is fastened to an appropriate position on the rear bottom edge while the other end is borne by a fixture 6 rotatably, wherein the fixture 6 is secured to an appropriate position below the saddle 1.
