PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor structure excellent in productivity and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the solid-state electrolytic capacitor comprises processes of forming a terminal frame 9 where unit terminal regions including anode terminals 95 and cathode terminals 94 are arranged, arranging a bar-shaped piece 82 which is provided on the surface of the terminal frame 9, traversing the anode terminals 95 that are arranged in a line and fixed to the frame 9 by welding, thereafter installing a capacitor element, filling the capacitor element with molding resin, and cutting.
