PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor circuit which suppresses an increase in a circuit area while preventing migration or the like from causing breaking of power supply wiring, and to provide a driving circuit of an electrooptical device. SOLUTION: The semiconductor circuit comprises a first circuit block, a second circuit block, and power supply wiring for supplying a plurality of reference potentials. The first circuit block and the second circuit block are both connected to common power supply wiring which is one of the power supply wiring and supplies a common reference potential, and the width of the common power supply wiring varies between the first circuit block and the second circuit block.
