<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell having high conversion efficiency by using an extremely simple manufacturing method and by using an inexpensive substrate of plastics or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This dye-sensitized solar cell uses, as an electrode, a base material 17 with a metal oxide semiconductor layer formed on the surface of an aluminum layer by making fluorides of metal elements of groups IIa, IIb and IVa in the periodic table act on a base material having, on a transparent base material 11, a roughened aluminum thin film 13 having a thickness not greater than 20 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
