PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic laminate which can suppress the deformation of the laminate even when a ceramic green sheet is thinned and the number of laminated sheets is increased and which can suppress occurrence of delamination or cracking. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the ceramic laminate comprises a step of forming a plurality of conductor patterns 3 at a predetermined interval L1 by printing a conductive paste on the main surface of the ceramic green sheet 1, a step of forming a ceramic pattern 5 by printing the ceramic paste on the main surface of the sheet 1 between the patterns 3, a step of flattening the surface of the pattern 3 and/or the pattern 5, and a step of laminating a plurality of the sheets 2 in each of which the patterns 3 and the patterns 5 are formed. |
