HARD SINTERED BODY CUTTING TOOL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard sintered body cutting tool capable of efficiently reducing or removing a working damaged layer of a tool rake face by laser work in a short period of time and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This hard sintered body cutting tool 1 at least a cutting tool 4 of which is constituted of a diamond sintered body and/or a cubic system boron nitride sintered body is devised to reduce or remove a ceramic system 7 and to finish the tool rake face 2 smooth by polishing a surface of the tool rake face 2 under a polishing method using free abrasive grains 20 after converting the diamond and/or the cubic system boron nitride 6 in a range within depth 20μm from the surface of the tool rake face 2 by irradiating an electronic beam 10 on at least the surface of the tool rake face 2 of the cutting blade 4.
