PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower case and a battery pack which can be assembled easily, regardless of the assembling man-hours. SOLUTION: On the lower case and the battery pack for mounting and holding a plurality of battery modules, through holes, penetrating from a loading face 8 to a back face, are formed on a main body part of the lower case 2, and groove parts extending from the trough holes along the loading face 8 are formed on the loading face 8. Through bolts 20 are inserted from back face side of the through holes, and the through bolts 20 can be pulled down toward the loading face 8 side through the groove parts of the main body part.
