PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board having the uniform impedance of a signal wiring. SOLUTION: Terminals 21a, 21b of a signal wiring pattern 12 are provided on the outside of an external periphery 32 of a grounding wiring pattern 13, and the state of the rear surface position of the terminal 21a is made to be the same as that of the terminal 21b. Further, the wide side 32a of the external periphery 32 is arranged between the end of a net 31 and the terminals 21a, 21b to reduce the influence of the end of the net 31. Thus, since the impedances of the terminals 21a and 21b become equal, the difference in characteristic impedance is reduced between signal wirings. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
