摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic bearing system which achieves a reductions in the load processing of the A/D conversion and in the cost of the system. SOLUTION: With respect to displacement sensors 71x, 71y in two-axis directions, a carrier wave signal of a sinusoidal wave is applied to one sensor 71x and a carrier wave signal of a cosine wave in which the sinusoidal wave is shifted at 90°is applied to the other sensor 71y. A sensor signal of the displacement sensors 71x is added to a sensor signal of the displacement sensors 71y in an addition processing part 207 to generate a synthesized signal. The synthesized signal is converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter. The digital signal is multiplied by the sinusoidal wave to be demodulated, so that a displacement signal relating to the displacement sensors 71x can be obtained. The digital signal is multiplied by the cosine wave to be demodulated, so that a displacement signal relating to the displacement sensors 71y can be obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
