PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high efficiency in a motor for a long time by solving the problem of the separation of brush surface plating due to heat generation in operation in a DC motor used for a cleaner and an automobile. SOLUTION: A carbon brush base (body) 1 is dipped into a solution where an organic silver compound of 25 nm and a silver oxide of 200 nm are dispersed uniformly to an organic solvent, and the viscosity is set to 40 Pa s. Fusion (layer) 3 is performed sufficiently at 150°C between the silver oxide and the nano particle of the organic silver compound.
