PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for reducing effects of a hot streak condition on a turbine structure. SOLUTION: This method and system for distributing effects of a circumferential hot streak condition in a turbine include communicating a control signal to a rotating device and moving a stator ring by the rotating device in response to the control signal.
