<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium having a sufficient reproduction durability, reproduction method, and recording method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: An organic dye material for recording information by light having a wavelength of not more than 620 nm is used for a recording layer, and a prevention layer for preventing deterioration in property of a reflective layer formed on the recording layer is formed between the recording layer and the reflective layer. The reflective layer contains Ag as a main component, and contains at least one additional element selected from Al, Au, Bi, Ca, Ce, Co, Ga, La, Mg, N, Ni, Nd, Pd, Y, W, and Zr, thereby the prevention layer is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
