<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce reclaimed water corresponding to various uses. <P>SOLUTION: A water treatment plant comprises a plurality of water treatment apparatuses 2-1 to 2-4, a sewage distributor 3 for distributing inflow sewage 50 into the water treatment apparatuses, a treated water distributor 5 for distributing treated water of each water treatment apparatus or mixed treated water of the water treatment apparatuses into a plurality of reclaimed water uses A-C, and an operation controller 30. The operation controller inputs an inflow sewage amount predicted value 31, a water quality predicted value 32, and the amount of demand water 33 and demand water quality 34 of the uses A-C. The amount of treated water and the water quality of treated water satisfying the amount of demand water and demand water quality of the uses A-C are set by using single treated water of each water treatment apparatus or mixing the treated water of the water treatment apparatuses. The operating cost and the amount of generated sludge of each water treatment apparatus is calculated from the set amount of treated water and water quality of treated water. The amount of treated water and water quality of treated water minimizing the calculated operating cost and amount of generated sludge are extracted.
