A wireless base station device comprises transmission weight creating sections for creating transmission weight information sets for spatial multiplex transmission by different algorithms from channel information on terminals each having one or more antennas used for spatial multiplex transmission and a beam selecting section for selecting one of the created transmission weight information sets. By using the selected transmission weight information as a transmission weight, assignment of terminal to be subjected to spatial multiplex connection can be simply performed, and the assigning time can be shortened.
