<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To couple firmly two tube members used as a coupling device for medical purpose. <P>SOLUTION: The first tube member 100 has a flow tube 10 for passing liquid and an outer cylindrical body 20 which is formed coaxially on the outside of the flow tube 10 and is connected to the flow tube 10. A front peripheral section 22 of the outer cylindrical body 20 has a locking section 26 which is defined by a groove 23 and locks to a second tube member 200. The locking section 26 has a locking face 24 that corresponds to a force in the axial direction of the tube and a hook face 25 that circumferentially extends from the locking face 24 and corresponds to a force. The second tube member 200 has a coupling tube section 50 insertable into the inside of the outer cylindrical body 20 of the first tube member, a projection 51 which is formed on the outer periphery of the coupling tube section 50, fits with the locking section 26 and engages with the hook section 25, a receiving section 60 formed inside of the coupling tube section 50 for receiving the front end section of the flow tube 10, and communicating sections 70 and 80 which communicate with the receiving section 60.
