PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is impossible to distribute loads of a plurality of radio units in an arbitrary timing or to distribute accommodation destinations again according to rules different from the rules up to the moment. SOLUTION: The wireless communication apparatus including a plurality of radio units comprises a storage means for storing the situations of accommodating terminals in the radio units, at least one adjustment means for adjusting a terminal to be accommodated in each of the radio units based on the stored situations of accommodating terminals, and an input means for inputting an adjustment means operating instruction from the outside of the apparatus.
