PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive multi-projection system capable of shortening a downtime. SOLUTION: The multi-projection system is provided with a spare projector 7 in addition to four projectors 3 to 7 to beused usually. In the event that a problem occurs in any one of the projectors 3 to 6, the projector having the problem is removed from the multi-projection system 1. Then, the spare projector 7 is set so as to be used as one of the projectors to be used usually.
