PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain vehicle rear part structure capable of reducing induction resistance of a vehicle. SOLUTION: Approximately triangular shape blade member 1 is disposed under the floor of the rear part of the vehicle 2 and spaced from an under surface of the floor in an inclined attitude so that the top is placed at the front, and symmetrical with respect to the center line in the vehicle width direction, and approximate 0°(deg) with respect to the horizontal direction or the rear side is turned upward.
