PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head which substantially eliminates a timing delay in ink ejection between channels in a recording head of an ink jet recorder with a plurality of the channels. SOLUTION: The recording head of an electrostatic ink jet recorder has a control substrate for ink ejection of a multi-layer constitution. In the recording head, a pad electrode for connection to the outside is disposed at a surface which is not an ink ejection face of the control substrate.
