A flat circuit constituted by forming a conductor film on both the opposite major surfaces of a substrate. The conductor film on one major surface is patterned to form unit lattices (CL00), (CL01), (CL10),... each serving as a basic conductor pattern over a predetermined range with a periodicity of two-dimensional arrangement. A capacitive area (CA) generating a capacitance between the conductor films formed on the opposite surfaces of the substrate is provided in the center of each unit lattice (CL) and an inductive area (LA) is provided in the vicinity of the center of each side on the periphery. In respect of any two adjacent unit lattices, the inductive area (LA) is constituted of a multiple-spiral conductor pattern where the central ends (Pc) are interconnected in the center of two unit lattices, and the periphery ends (Po) are connected with the capacitive areas (CA).
