A manufacturing apparatus of union pins for secondary battery, which forms base portions of the union pins in a shape similar to a real circle to reduce defective proportion of products, can perform an operation without moving the union pins, and is capable of omitting a working process of forming a groove within joining portions of the union pipes, is provided. A manufacturing apparatus of union pins for secondary battery comprises: a union pin forming equipment(100) and a base part press equipment. The union pin forming equipment comprises: a lower press(110) comprising a guide groove(111) on which a cut metal material(1) is placed, and which forms joining portions of the union pins, and a groove(112) for forming an airtightness holding projection of the union pins; a first upper press(120) on which a two-stage semicircular pressing part(121) is formed to process a base part primarily; and a second upper press(130) for processing the base part flatly. The base part press equipment comprises a second upper plate, a pressing part, a lower plate and a lower supporting part. |
