A wire rod heat treatment equipment for providing wire rod with straightness is provided to obtain a wire rod with excellent straightness by forming a wire rod on a drawing line through heat treatment, thereby fixing straightness of the wire rod and improve quality of a product by performing heat treatment of the wire rod in an external air blocking zone after passing through a first heating means, thereby improving straightness of the wire rod and preventing oxidation or discoloring thereof. In a wire rod heat treatment equipment for providing wire rod with straightness, the equipment comprising a first heating means(10), a first cooling part(20a), a second heating means(30), a second cooling part, a drying part, a control part(90), and a casing(60), the wire rod heat treatment equipment for providing wire rod with straightness is characterized in that: a wire rod moving path from the first heating means to the drying part is formed as an external air blocking zone(A); respective components including the first heating means are arranged to form a wire rod straight moving path; the first and second heating means comprise one pairs of electrode rollers(11,13,31,33) on which wire rod guide grooves are formed, and to which negative and positive electrodes are connected; any one pair of the electrode rollers in the one pairs of electrode rollers have an additional drive means; multiple guide grooves are formed on the electrode rollers(31,33) of the second heating means; and the external air blocking zone has a tunnel(71) and a steam ejection port(41). |
