<p>Absorbing element, preferably in the form of roll, comprises: a tubular envelope permeable with the liquids to be absorbed, bounding an elongated interior volume and closed in the two ends; and a filling material ready to absorb and retain the absorbed liquids, where the filling material has a low density.
