At least one of the weights contains a number of locking parts around its central opening which extend radially inwards to engage with the bar or a sleeve fitted over the bar. The locking parts comprise an elastically resilient material and are designed to deform when they engage with the bar or sleeve. The fastener system is used to secure the disc-shaped weights to either end of the bar. |
