The proposed method for diagnosing infection induced by Helicobacter pylori microorganism in preschool and school age consists in analyzing the urease of the patient's respiratory tract before and after the administration of food carbamide while preventing the ingress of the patient's saliva on the chemisorbent of the respiratory tube that is used in the analysis, determining the length of the color indicator in the tube before and after the administration of food carbamide, determining the analysis result by the difference of the lengths of the indicator, and diagnosing the low severity of the infection if the analysis result is 2.6 à 3.5 mm, the severity of the infection that is sufficient for inflammatory process in the mucous coat of the stomach if the analysis result is 3.6 à 5 mm, the increased severity of the infection that is characterized by inflammatory process and pathogenic forms of microorganisms if the analysis result is 5 à 8.5 mm, and the high severity of the infection if the analysis result exceeds 8.6 mm.
