The invention concerns the devices for treating the fluid flow by cavitation, in particular, hydrodynamic oscillators. A device contains a cylindrical housing, in which are located inlet and outlet branch pipes, a discharge chamber connected with inlet duct, an ultrasonic cavitation device, which is made with internal cavitation chamber connected with initial branch pipe, and it consists of mobile and stationary emitters with end blades located along the spiral, screw insert in the inlet duct and mechanism of axial displacement of mobile emitter. The blades of mobile emitter are tightly located between the blades of fixed emitter and form spiral end channels, which connect pressuring and cavitation chambers. On the frontal surface of mobile emitter a slot divider is installed in the form of annular log with slots, and on the rear end of inlet duct an annular groove is made for insertion in it of the slot divider at displacement of mobile emitter. The invention allows to perform fine adjustment of the pressure differential in the fluid flow at inlet and outlet of ultrasonic cavitation device.
