An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a gate electrode from being peeled off by firmly coupling an end surface of the gate electrode with a side surface of a second aperture. A first source electrode, a first drain electrode(143), and a first capacitor electrode(111) are arranged on a substrate(100). A first insulation film(101) is arranged to expose facing portions between the first source electrode and the first drain electrode, and an edge of an electrode which is adjacent to the first capacitor electrode. A second insulation film(102) is arranged to cover the first capacitor electrode. A first organic semiconductor layer is contacted with the first source electrode and the first drain electrode. A first gate insulation film(145) is arranged on the organic semiconductor layer. A first gate electrode is arranged on the gate insulation film. A second capacitor electrode(112) is arranged on the second insulation film and contacted with an edge of the electrode, which is adjacent to the first capacitor electrode close to the first capacitor electrode.
