Provided is a swing appliance using a repulsive force generating circuit, thereby generating an induced current when a permanent magnet passes through the coil assembly. A repulsive force generating circuit(100) includes a coil assembly(11) generating an induced current when a permanent magnet(40) passes through the coil assembly in regular spaced intervals, a first switching element switching the induced current generated from the coil assembly, a second switching element controlling a power switching operation by the induced current switching from the first switching element, and an electric power switching portion switching an electric power according to operation control of the second switching element to the coil assembly.
