The device has turbines (A, B) with inversed blades rotating in reverse directions with respect to each other. Each turbine is toothed in its outer part to communicate its energy to the other turbine. The sum of energies recovered by the turbines is collected in a point and transmitted to a wire rope (I) by a worm (C). A pinion mounted on a block allows free rotation of the rope around a metallic frame (F). A non-return bearing (D) allows the transmission between the rope and the pinion. The orientation of the turbines with respect to the direction of a fluid is provided by adjusting the rope.
