THE COMPOSITE REACTIVITY CLEAN APPARATUS OF DIRTY AND WASTE WATER AND THE CLEANING METHOD THEREOF

A composite reactivity purification device and a composite reactivity purification method for purifying leachate are provided to remove nitrogen and harmful substances such as various heavy metals by sequentially passing leachate generated from reclamation facilities through an aerobic permeable barrier layer, an intermediate adsorption layer and an anaerobic permeable barrier layer laid-up in order. A composite reactivity purification device for purifying leachate comprises: an aerobic permeable barrier layer(2) in which 10 to 30 vol.% of activated carbon carried polyurethane media(5a) and 70 to 90 vol.% of a mixture of sand and loess are mixed, wherein aerobic microorganisms are attached to the polyurethane media to consistently maintain an aerobic condition and cause nitrification to be performed; an intermediate adsorption layer(3) in which 90 to 95 wt.% of a mixture of sand and loess and 5 to 10 wt.% of bentonite are mixed to adsorb and remove heavy metals and organic materials; and an anaerobic permeable barrier layer(4) in which 10 to 30 vol.% of activated carbon carried polyurethane media(5b) and 70 to 90 vol.% of a mixture of sand and loess are mixed, wherein anaerobic microorganisms are attached to the polyurethane media to consistently maintain an anaerobic condition and cause denitrification to be performed, wherein the aerobic permeable barrier layer, the intermediate adsorption layer and the anaerobic permeable barrier layer are laid-up in order.
