PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater drain support and control system which obtains data for forecasting rainwater inflow from time to time, and makes precise rainwater inflow forecasts one after another through operation. SOLUTION: The rainwater drain support and control system is installed in both of a data center 30 and a plurality of rainwater drain facilities 50. Respective rainwater drain facilities 50 are provided with a support information forecasting section 23 having a forecast model containing various parameters and a data transmission/reception section 26. The data center 30 is provided with a forecasting precision diagnosis function 30f for adjusting the parameters of the forecasting model at the support information forecasting section 23.
