PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle traffic lane louver capable of being usually equipped with a lighting function and a sound absorbing function in the vehicle traffic lane louver, being constituted without having any ventilating function, being installed by the same construction method as usual without greatly changing the peripheral construction installing the conventional vehicle traffic lane louver and being constituted without incurring the large increase of a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The vehicle traffic lane louver is so characterized that a plurality of louver members 2 extended in the direction of the width of a traffic lane as vertical sections 2a to the upper ends 7 from refractive sections 6 and as downward inclined sections 2b toward the front in the traveling direction to the lower ends 8 from the refractive sections 6 are arranged at predetermined intervals in the traveling direction of a vehicle so that the inclined sections 2b in front and behind can be overlapped in a plane-shape, vertical gaps 9 are formed in the upper sides of the refractive sections 6, at the same time, inclined gaps 10 are formed in the lower sides of the refractive sections 6 and that each width (W) of the vertical gaps is formed wider than each width (W1) of the inclined gaps.
