PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing place dried in a short time by preventing water and dew condensate sticking to a bathroom wall surface or a bathroom counter, from flowing in and spreading all over the washing place with time difference. SOLUTION: A hydrophilic band 6 is provided around a washing place surface 5. The hydrophilic band 6 communicates at a down-grade toward a drain hole 7. Water flowing into the washing place surface 5 from the wall surface or the bathroom counter is thereby once retained in the hydrophilic band 6 without spreading all over the washing place and then flows out of the drain hole 7.
