PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of sealing a packing case with a preventing means against falsification of sealing, which mechanizes a sealing work of a packing case with a preventing means against falsification so as to save on labor and seals a flap neatly and accurately. SOLUTION: The apparatus for sealing a packing case with a preventing means for falsification of sealing comprises: a means for conveying a packing case 10 having a flap 14a for preventing falsification of sealing; a means 40 for applying an adhesive onto the packing case 10; and a means 50 for sealing the flap 14a, whereby a flap for preventing the falsification of sealing 14a is folded and pressed to glue after the adhesive is applied onto the packing case.
