The communication synchronisation technique between two networks has terminals synchronising with a base station with a synchronising frame (20). The second network cycle is found, together with the position in the frame and compared with a set value in the first network. The first network cycle is then adjusted to a synchronisation position (23) lining up the first and second timing cycles. The last frame time channel is used as the synchronisation channel.
