<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectroscopic gas sensor having a simple structure and easy to miniaturize. <P>SOLUTION: The spectroscopic gas sensor has: an infrared light source for emitting infrared rays; a photodetector for converting luminous intensity to an electric signal; and a light guide pipe for guiding the infrared rays of the infrared light source to the photodetector through the atmosphere containing a gas to be detected. A specific wavelength light absorbing part for absorbing infrared rays of a specific wavelength region adjacent to the light absorbing wavelength of the gas to be detected, is provided to the front of the photodetector and integrally molded along with the light guide pipe so as to block the light guide pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
