<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system wherein data to be transmitted/received can be surely protected. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding received data, a communication apparatus that the communication system comprises reads out a security level corresponding to these data (S800). When further transmitting the received data to another communication apparatus, a security level equal with or higher than the read security level is set to these data (S820-S840, S855-S870) so that the data can be transmitted (S850).
