PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of avoiding collision of transmitted periodic notice information items independently of the arrangement of a plurality of wireless communication apparatuses as access points. SOLUTION: Each of the wireless communication apparatuses serving as the access points selects a transmission period value of periodic notice information transmitted to a connected wireless communication apparatus among prepared setting value groups as a transmission period, transmits the periodic notice information according to the setting transmission period through wireless communication, each wireless communication apparatus transmits the periodic notice information for the transmission period in response to the transmission period independently selected at random, and collision of the periodic notice information items transmitted from the different wireless communication apparatuses can stochastically be avoided.
